you can get 2 year delayed compensation about 10-11% per annum on paid amount and if possession is not near by your complete money will be refunded

You are right Shivshankar. But many property listing sites have mentioned that this is a ready-to-move-in project. I do not know when will we get our flat possession. We have to pay huge EMI for it. Only God knows when will we get our flat possession

Hi Amit
First of all, i would like to tell you that this project was launched in December 2011. And it was not the only delay, you can say super delay an those who have invested in this project are still waiting for their dream home. They have promised to give possession in June 2017.
