Thanks, Chetan. Is it a freehold property? Which all banks and financial institutions are funding this project and when is its possession date?

Yes, it is a freehold and has all the required approvals from BDA. As far as bank loan is concerned, almost all the leading banks and financial institutions are funding this project. As per the sales executive, its possession date will be December 2022.

Hi,
Provident Park Square is a prelaunch project by Provident Housing Limited, coming in Kanakpura Road, Bangalore. It will be a modern residential development project coming soon at the most demanding location at Kanakpura Road. This project is spread over 20 acres of land area with the best amenities in it. It is offering 1,2 and, 3 BHK residential flats. Sizes are available from 525 sqft in 1 BHK, 700-900 sqft in 2 BHK and, 1100-1300 sqft in 3 BHK. And its booking amount will be 1 lacs. As the project is in pre-launch phase so builder has not disclosed its rate.
