Hi Ayush,
The main problem is the road from main Sarjapur road is very narrow and congested, also with so many apartments coming up in that area, we can expect huge traffic problem in the coming years. But we have been hearing that govt. has got some approval for the widening of the Hosa road. Locality-wise I feel its a good option and builders reputation is also decent
