Are you planning to sell your plot? What is the per sqft rate you are quoting? Are all approvals in place? Is it an HMDA approved project? Does the locality come under R1 Zone?

What is the current property rate is going in that locality? Calculate the rate of appreciation on your investment. If you are getting a good return after 13 years of long investment, then this is the right time for you to sell it out.

Secondly, check the master plan of your locality with the local body. Is there any infra development is coming in that locality? If yes, then wait for it to complete. Once completed, you can get a more appreciation than now.
