Pisoli is one of the best locality in the entire Pune and many are looking forward to making the best investment over there. It is located in the south-western parts of Pune City. Prominent areas located close to it are Undri, Handewadi, Kondhwa, Katraj, Bibvewadi, Dhanakwadi, Ambegaon BK, Wanowrie etc. Undri is about 1.5 km from Pisoli via NH65 and approximately 4.9 km from NIBM as well as 10.4 km from Hadapsar. Both localities are industrial hubs of Pune. This locality has seen rapid infra development in last 5 years, and its popular neighborhood Undri has seen a heavy inflow of New residential projects in Pisoli, Pune and home buyers are ready to grab their units in these projects. The main buyers' segment for properties here are the techies working in the IT Hubs of Magarpatta, Sp Infocity, and even Kharadi IT Park. The roads here are currently being developed and expanded to boost connectivity. While the nearest railway station is Sasvad Road (6.5 km), Pune railway station 12 km.

According to me, the biggest factor, which drives interest in properties in Pisoli is the vast number of affordable projects coming up. The property rates in Pisoli are much lower than the nearby areas of Wanowrie, Kondhwa and NIBM Road and Undri. The current average property rate in the locality is Rs.4425 per sqft. Very few areas in and around Pune offer apartments at such low rates and unsurprisingly, the demand for housing is quite high. The locality is well connected to various developed areas and a number of hotels, schools, banks, and hospitals via an excellent network of railways and roadways. This locality is also served by NH9. Pune International Airport is located at a distance of 22 km via Pune Highway. The locality is also served by the PMPML and Rainbow BRTS networks. Some of the recently launched projects in the vicinity are Brookefield Willows, Satyam Mountscape, and Whistling Wings among others.
