The upcoming metro rail node at Nagawara and the scheduled Peripheral Ring Road (PRR) project will boost the realty market in the coming days.

As far as locality connectivity is concerned, Thanisandra is well connected by a double road to Bellary highway which is 6 way National Highway (NH -4). It has close proximity to proposed expressway which is providing easy connectivity from the city to Kempegowda International airport via Hennur main road which is 27 km and can be reached in 45 mins. It has easy access to all four Quadrants of Bangalore through Outer Ring Road. It is expected that the connectivity of Bangalore North and South will be eased with the functioning of Metro Rail Phase 2. As a result, there is a huge chance for price appreciation in the locality.
