Hello Rajesh, I looked the site in the Google map, to check the locality and its surrounding atmosphere. I also found that over 80% of the land is left as free space and only 20% allowed for construction activities. Yamuna Expressway is recognised to be the longest access of India controlled expressway having six-lane concrete pavement. This 165 km long stretch connects Noida with Agra and is thus poised to become the growth driver for both economic and industrial growth. Then, we looked for proximity to the important locations, like school, hospital, nearby cities and recreation points, which demand frequent visits. For sure, my work locations are close to Lotus Greens Yamuna expressway and found this locality attractive for convenient living.
