Hi,

I think the challenge now a days will be how to convince the customer to choose a particular project during lock down. As now a days developers are coming up with some really good programs to secure the interest of the buyers to initiate a deposit, but still customers are hesitating. Is it because of lack of trust in agents or developer or the scope of industry? Also what will be your take on real estate industry specifically of Delhi, as Delhi has started witnessing high rise apartments and premium gated societies.

The rising price of flats and apartments are the biggest concern for me to attract the customers as the builder is sitting with tight hands and prices of the property is not decreasing. Due to inventory pile-up, builder is also facing difficulties to sold their units.

I am agree with Yogendra. The implementation of RERA and GST and reduced home loan are unable to attract buyers. Most of the builders are giving attracting discounts and freebies to its customers. Even new launches across the country has been lessen. Affordable Housing and Housing for All by 2022 are unable to leave impact in the property market.

I think the biggest problems will be motivating your own agents and giving them trainings and skills unique that they can excel in your company.
