Refund of Repairs and Maintenance contribution should go to Old or New member post sale of residential property

Q: Who is entitled 4 refund (contributed earlier 4 major repairs) from society post sale of flat.

If you have sold your units to a new owner then he or she is liable to get the refund money as he or she has paid the entire amount during buying of that flat. You have no rights once you have sold your flat to someone.

It should be distributed equally among members who have contributed during the repairs.
