You need your basic KYC and few other bills like electricity bills, water bills. for further accuracy please consult a lawyer

Here are the lists the documents you must know about if you are planning to buy a home in Delhi - 1) Ownership proof of the land, 2) Non-encumbrance certificate, 3) Copy of the relative order in case of conversion of agricultural land, 4) Copy of permission from appropriate authority and approved building plan, 5) Land and building tax paid receipts, location sketch of property certified by revenue authorities, 6) Commencement certificate, 7) Agreement of sale, 8) Original share certificate(s) issued by housing society, 9)
No-objection certificate from the residents welfare association (RWA), 10) Completion Certificate, 11) Occupancy Certificate, 12) Letter of allotment from housing board or society or private developer, and 13) Sale deed.

Here is a list of documents that are required for buying a property- 1) Sale Deed, 2) Khata Certificate (if you are buying a new property), 3) Mutation Register Extract (if the property you are buying is in Gram Panchayat jurisdiction), 4) General Power Of Attorney, 5) Building Plan Approval, 6) NOC, 7) Allotment Letter, 8) Sale Agreement, 9) Possession Letter, 10) Original Payment Receipt (if you are buying a new property), 11) Property Tax Receipt, 12) Encumbrance Certificate, 13) Completion Certificate, and 14) Occupancy Certificate).
