Yes, Raheja Maheshwara is a state RERA approved project and its RERA Registration number is 20 OF 2017 Dated. As far as local body is concerned, HUDA has approved it.

Maheshwara by Raheja, located in Sector 14 Sohna, Gurgaon, offers apartments. It offers 2 and 3 BHK residential flats ranging from 1099 - 3175 sq.ft. Sizes of 2 BHK are available from 1099 - 1967 sq.ft (super built-up area), 1630 - 2044 sq.ft (super built-up area) in 3 BHK. And 2 BHK Penthouse in 2944 sq.ft (super built-up area) and 3 BHK penthouse in 2224 - 3175 sq.ft (super built-up area). Its current asking rate is Rs 3300 per sq.ft. A 2 BHK flat will cost you Rs 36.26 L - 64.91 L onward. For a 3 BHK flat you have to pay Rs 53.79 L - 67.45 L onward. Stamp duty and registration charges extra.
