Construction work of Genexx tower, Barrackpore
Q: Recently i have visited the project area of Genexx tower, Barrackpore near Palta railway station, I have noticed that no construction work is now running. Some local people said that construction work was stopped from more than two years.
My question is why it was stopped?

Latest Answer: Hello Mr Shyama...as such no newspaper has covered this news about Genex Tower in Barrackpore. Are you planning to buy a flat there..?? I think you should talk to the builder first.

Development work has not started.
Q: I am one of the purchaser of Cosmos Dream City project plot. My question is till the devlopment work has not started, how is it possible to complete within specified period?

Latest Answer: I agree with you Mr Samir, same is the problem with almost every builder. They wont start the development work on time and if at all they start the work it will be snail pace after that there will be delay in handling over the flats.
