Possession date.
Q: What is the status of posession of MIG flats in GF Ambition? Did any one get the posession?

Latest Answer: Yes Neeladri.. I too came to know that it is ready for possession I guess. May be only few owners are yet to receive possessions.

Promoters are demanding extra money. What shall we do?
Q: Hello fellow flat owners ,
the promoters are demanding extra money @ Rs 30/sq ft for possession. Also they are supposed to pay a penalty for delay , which they are refusing. What should we do?
