Q:Project is very near to Zirakpur flyover, so lots of sound comes at night. How that is reduced in this project. Because they donot have upvc windows.
Latest Answer: Check your agreement first before any complaint. Have they mentioned in the agreement about UPVC Window? If not then you can not force the builder. You can make them aware of the issues and ask for the earliest solution. Create a WhatsApp Group and ask all the owners of that project to join this group, let them aware of the issue, ask them to support in this matter, if society is formed then call for a society meeting and raise your issue in the meeting. I am sure, you will get the solution.
