Q:I have paid a advance of Rs.6 Lacks to the SVRS builders in the month of June2009. I was told that the Flat will be handed over in 24 months. It is almost one year now. but the progress of work is very slow and applied for a home loan also, which is becoming a financial burden to me. Please suggest me on the progress of work at site. and when can we expect the Flat. if it delays i am also planning to cancel my booking.
