I have purchased a flat there .. i will be getting the possesion mostly by May 15. it is delayed by 6 months.. for whatsoever reasons.. however, flats are good.. i have purchased a flat in A building which was almost complete when i bought the flat but still delay is there.
i guess, you need to ask
1. Exact date of possession
2. what if it is delayed
3. negotiate on rate .. they will reduce some
4. Keep at least 4 months buffer for the possesion
