Few general queries about the community
Q: Hi, I am looking to settle in your community and have few specific questions. It would be really great if some current resident can answer these.

1. How is the overall experience of this community?
2. How is the water situation there? I understand general constraints but is it still manageable?
3. Any particular, general problem?
4. How is the "normal" rent there?

Please tell me for both unfurnished and furnished house. These are general, subjective questions but any pointer in the right direction is highly appreciated.

Latest Answer: The project Chrrysalis offers only 3bhk row houses and the rent of row houses will be in between Rs 14,000 to Rs 20,000

Q: Resently I hv purchase row house in Chrrysalis. I need check points or any issue lst before taking pocession.

Latest Answer: if you look into the maintainence register at the main gate you will find the complain points which can be check list :-)

purchase of villa
Q: I and my husband are interested in purchasing a villa in the Chrrysalis at Wagholi, Pune. We will be in India in december and hope to get the deal through then, Want to check on the availability and stage of habitation in this layout. Is the project complete and are people already living there ? If so, would appreciate some feedback on what it's like residing in Chrrisalis.

Latest Answer: Hi, I am not sure on the rate and avalability in december, but presently there are around 10/14 families already staying here.
