As per my knowledge, the team will submit its report to the Union ministry of urban development after which a blueprint of projects will be initiated. There are short term and long term goals and these cities will be developed in various phases starting with this first phase, spanning for three months to one year. The first phase will witness preparation of the detail project report (DPR) to be executed in the second phase which will be of three to five years duration. Likewise, the final phase will take anything from 10 to 13 years to be completed.
