I was evicted from the premises by the Owner even though there existed Agreement. Can I a file criminal case ?

Latest Answer: The lease agreement for the shop was for five years. After one year he told me that he was going to sell the premises as he wanted money urgently for his daughters marriage. So I stopped the business and cancelled the licence. When I asked for the refund of the deposit (8.5 lakhs), he said that the deal did not go through and that he will settle as soon as he finds another buyer, which he could not even after three years. The amount is still not settled. Therefore, I thought of going legally. Please advise.

Q: Hi, I have my flat in Parasvanath Estate. I am wondering, how much rent I can get every month and what would be the value of my house if I sell it ? It a two bed room, independent floor with roof, 2nd floor. As I did contact to my friends about my house they are not sure because they lived in Delhi side. so all informations I have are different.

Latest Answer: As per my knowledge, if you are planning to sell you house the resale value will be around Rs 25lakhs.

Q: Dear Sir / Madam,

Greetings from Happy Valley Tours!!!

We are a Bangalore based Tour Operators and are conducting various Group Tours to Kerala and all other states. As part of our business expansion, we are planning to bring large group of students / corporate to Palakkad along with other Cities. It is really difficult for us to accommodate a large group in one hotel in Palakkad and we have to split the team in to multiple hotels due to the lack of room availability. So do you have any service apartment in Palakkad where we can accommodate at least 130 students / corporate staff in one building at a time for a day or 2 days as we are trying more to get it in Palakkad. We can give them food from any hotel . We are getting the same in Cochin with food. But not in Palakkad. Your response is highly appreciated.
