Registry fee of plots, houses or other properties situated in Bhopal is charged in accordance with the rate guidelines given hereunder-
Inside Bhopal Municipal Corporation Limits- For Houses- 9.5 per cent of the cost of house i.e. 7.5 percent stamp duty plus 1 per cent Panchayat Fee plus 1 percent Municipal Corporation Fee plus 1 percent Registration Fee.
For Open land - i.e. Plot or Agricultural Land, 9.5 percent of the cost of the land plus 1 percent Registration Fee both as mentioned above plus 5 percent of 7.5 percent stamp duty as surcharge.
