Born to a leading broker in the Bullion Market, Mr.Khandelwal ventured into the contracting and finance business, gradually expanding/branching into Warehousing, Cranes and Lifting and Shifting business as well.

Always nurturing a dream to start his own construction/realestate company, Mr.Khandelwal bought lands in various parts of Mumbai. In the year 1980 from Wadala the first of the many buildings to be constructed, the dream began to be shaped into a reality by Mr.Khandelwal and his eldest son. Under his guidance/leadership/mentoring the group of 3 sons and a son-in-law started scaling new heights, successfully completing various projects in and around Mumbai. Working with eminent architects like Mr.Sanjay Puri, Mr.Raza Kabul, Mr.Vivek Bhole, M/s.Brighton Architect, Mr.Pravin Kanekar (Ex-PEATA President) etc, the company has always firmly adhered to it's motto "We shape your dreams" and accordingly deliver not only the best quality of construction and contemporary aesthetics in time, but also to the utmost satisfaction of it's clientele.
