• Main Door: Teak Wood door-frames of 7'3"X3' and wood sections of 6"X 4" with polished shutter. 
• Internal Doors: Teak Wood door-frames of 7'3"X 3'and wood sections of 5"X3" with polished shutters.

PAINTING 

• External walls: Two coats of putty of Birla / JK putty with weather proof paints from Asian / Nerolac 
• Internal walls: Saint Gobain gypsum plaster finish in all rooms with plastic emulsion Royal paints of Asian/Nerolac. 

FLOORING 

• Hall & Bedrooms: Vitrified tiles by KAJARIA / RAK / SOMANY / AGL. 

Common area & steps: 

• Combination of granite &vitrified tiles. 

TILES CLADDING 

• Bathrooms: Vitrified tiles dado up to 7' height of RAK / SOMANY / KAJARIA / JOHNSON / AGL. 
• Utilities / Wash: Glazed ceramic tile dado up to 4'0" height. 

KITCHEN 

• Only shell with provision for drinking water and bore well water tap points to sink, electrical switches for chimney, mixer/grinder, microwave oven, refrigerator.
