Structure
Partial R.C.C. frame with load bearing wall structure.

Bricks
Fly ash/Cement block/Kiln brunt bricks.

Aggregate
Granite chips.

Flooring
Vitrified tile in all the rooms except kitchen, toilet, staircase & portico.
Flooring in bath room shall be nonskid vitrified and wall tiles of good quality ceramic tiles.
Staircase & steps nonskid vitrified/kota stone.
Portico area shall be fixed with checkered tiles.

Interior
Internal wall shall be smooth putty finish over which one coat of primer and two coats of plastic paint shall be applied.

Exterior
Good quality weather coat paint as per the colours finalized by the artchitect of the complex.

Toilet
Antiskid ceramic tiles flooring and glazed tiles in wall upto 7’ height.
Concealed PVC/G.I. pipes with C.P. fittings.

Plumbing
UPVC water supply line external as well as internal.
All bath room fittings and fixtures shall be of jaguar make or equivalent.

Electrical
External transformer (calculating each household load up to 5 KW) shall be provided in the open space of the complex.
Good quality polycab/finolex cables and wires shall be used for internal and external wiring.
Good quality modular switches.
Internal connection for TV/Telephone lines.

Door/Window
Main door shall be of teak wood.
All the internal doors shall be good quality flush door.
Toilet doors shall be of FRP.
Good quality fittings for doors & windows of Godrej or equivalent make.
Good quality window frames with M.S.grills.

Kitchen
Granite top platform & 4’ height glazed tiles on cooking platform.
