Electrical: TV point in living area in two bedrooms. Fire resistant electrical wires of anchor/legrand or equivalent make. Electrical switches of anchor roma tressa series or similar. One earth leakage circuit breaker (MCB) for each room provided at the main distribution box within each flat. Telephone point in 2 bedrooms and in living area. Split A/C power point provision in master bedroom and conduit with box provision for A/C in other bedrooms. Each flat will be provided with 5kw power. Earthing with copper wire using loop system. Lighting Arrester for the building. The neccessary charges for fitting service connections, transformer, panel boards, cost of meters, meter deposit to AP transco to be borne by the buyers.

Toilets: Ceramic glazed tiles dado up to 6 feet equivalent with/ without as applicable in all the toilets.

Kitchen: Polished black granite platform, steel sink and 2 feet tiles.
