Palace Homes® is a proprietary concern founded by Mr S. Kumaar, an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad (‘81 Batch) having over 25 years of senior corporate experience in India and abroad. In India, he was associated with SPIC Ltd., MAC Industries Ltd and Karvy Consultants Ltd in various senior positions between 1981and 2001. He has also been a Director on the boards of several M. A. Chidambaram Group Companies like SDB LTD, Jets Electronic Press Ltd., Beta Industries Ltd, MAC Packaging Ltd., Kanakangi Investments Ltd etc. Palace Homes® was started on 23rd June 2005.



Palace Homes® is a fast growing construction company focused on providing affordable flats for all classes of people in and around Chennai .



As Group General Manager of Fawaz Al Zayani, which has operations in Bahrain/UAE/Saudi Arabia & Kuwait, he has supervised several large construction projects both residential and commercial (totaling more than 2 Lac Sft) in the Middle East during 2001-2005. He has also been closely associated with the real estate sector in Chennai for the last about 20 years as an investor and marketer with special reference to Adayar and areas south of Adayar. His fruitful associations with these companies and vast experience have provided a strong basement on which ‘Palace Homes® ' was raised in June 2005



Mr.Vivek Deenadayalu, Co-founder of Palace Homes® , is also an IIMA graduate. He has over 25 years of widespread experience in large organizations in India and abroad. He has held the position of General Manager (Marketing) in SPIC and General Manager-Coordination in Sterling Holiday Resorts Ltd.
