Flooring:
Complete tiled flooring & skirting for all rooms and 5’-0” height ceramic tiled dado in toilets in our choice

Kitchen, Bedroom, Drawing & Dining:
Providing 18” to 24” width Black Granite top cooking platform with granite or stainless steel sink in one side of the kitchen ceramic tiles will be provided up to 24” height above the cooking platform. 24” width R.C.C. loft and 3’-0” x 1’-0” x 7’-0” cupboard in kitchen will be provided. 24” width R.C.C. loft and 3’-0” x 1’-0” x 7’-0” wardrobes in all bedrooms, 3’-0” x 1’-0” x7’-0” cupboard in drawing will be provided. All cupboards are built in brickwork with cuddappah slab. All are open cupboards without wood work.

Electricals: For Ii & Iii Bed Room Flats:
Master bed room: 3 light points, 1 plug point, 1 fan point, and 1 AC point. (AC point will be provided in 2 & 3 bed room flats only).
Other bed rooms–each : 2 light points, 1 plug point and 1 fan point;
Hall cum dining : 2 fan points, 5 light points, 2 plug points, 1 T.V.point, 1 Buzzer point, 1 Telephone point and 1 fridge point will be provided.

For Single bed room flat :
In the bed room: 2 light points, 1 plug point and 1 fan point. 1 A/c point
Hall 1 fan point, 3 light points, 2 plug points, 1 T,V.point, 1 buzzer point, 1 Telephone point and 1 Fridge point will be provided
In kitchen two light points, exhaust point and one grinder point, moxie point will be provided. in the balcony there will be one light point. In one bathroom heater point and light point will be provided and in the other bathroom a light point only will be provided. Three phase M.E.S. connection will be provided (30 amps). All switch boxes including main board will be in wood.

Doors & Windows;
In main door teak wood frame and teak plywood flush door with ISI Branded lock airdrop tower bolt, door stopper, fixing with brass hinges and all other doors and windows frames & shutter frames are in Kong wood with iron hinges. In bedroom and kitchen commercial flush doors will be provided with aluminum airdrop, tower-bolt & door stopper, bush fittings, Iron grills are fixed in all windows. Commercial doors with aluminum sheer fixed in inside the door in toilets. Window shutters will fixed with white pinhead glass with aluminum hook & handle fittings, if necessary.Note: If full teak wood designed door is needed allot tees shall pay Rs.7,500/- more

Toilets:
One heater point & one shower point will be provided in one toilet and in the other toilet one shower point only will be provided. P.V.C. pipe lines for all the cold water supply & G.I. pipe lines for hot water supply.

One EWC, one Candace wash basin will be provided in two & three bedroom flats. For single bedroom flats one EWC &one wash basin with light grey, Ivory & light blue colors, will be provided.

Painting :
One coat primer and two coats emulsion Will be used in internal walls and col our supercity will be used in external walls. Main door will be finished with polish and other doors & window frames and shutters will be coated with one coat primer and two coats enamel paint.
