Commercial doors with aluminum sheer fixed in inside the door in toilets. Window shutters will fixed with white pinhead glass with aluminum hook & handle fittings, if necessary.Note: If full teak wood designed door is needed allot tees shall pay Rs.7,500/- more

Toilets:
One heater point & one shower point will be provided in one toilet and in the other toilet one shower point only will be provided. P.V.C. pipe lines for all the cold water supply & G.I. pipe lines for hot water supply.

One EWC, one Candace wash basin will be provided in two & three bedroom flats. For single bedroom flats one EWC &one wash basin with light grey, Ivory & light blue colors, will be provided.

Painting :
One coat primer and two coats emulsion Will be used in internal walls and col our supercity will be used in external walls. Main door will be finished with polish and other doors & window frames and shutters will be coated with one coat primer and two coats enamel paint.
