Table moulded bricks/Fly ash bricks in cement mortar.

PLASTERING
Internal: Two coats of cement plastering with sponge finish.External: Two coats of cement plastering with sponge finish.

Main door
Indian best Teak wood frames & shutter with melamine polishing and hardware of reputed make.
External door
Best Teak wood frame & solid core pressed door Teak Panel shutter.
Internal door
Frames: Best Teak Wood frames.

Shutters

Flush shutters with one side Teak veneer polished or pressed doors BWP grade one side only and provided with standard fitting of approved make.

Staircase
Teak wood hand rail with polish MS rod with powder coating.

WINDOWS
Best Teak wood frames, best Teak wood glazed windows shutters and standard hardware fittings, French windows opening into terraces, court yard, best Teak wood frames, and best Teak wood glazed windows shutters with glass and standard hardware fittings.

PAINTING
External
Two coats of cement based water proof paint over one coat of primer. Texture paint will be provided, as per architect design on outside & front side.

Internal
Plastic emulsion for walls and ceiling over Altek lappam/ JK putty finish/ cement based primer.

FLOORING
Vitrified tiles of reputed make with 2'×2' or marble anti-skid ceramic flooring for bathrooms.

TILES FOR CLADDING & DADOING:
Kitchen
Glazed ceramic tile dado up to 2' -0” height above kitchen platform.
Bathrooms
Glazed ceramic tile dado up to 7'0” height (Lintel height).

Utilities/Wash

Glazed ceramic tile dado up to 4'-0” height. (All the tiles shall be of reputed manufacture).

KITCHEN
Granite platform with stainless steel sink and drain boars with treated domestic water connection & hot and cold mixing valves & provision for fixing Aquagaurd and chimney.
Provision for washing machine as well as wet area for washing utensils etc.

TOILETS:
Marble/Granite counter top wash basin with hot and cold basin mixer valve only for all bathrooms.
Wall hung EWC Hindustan or equivalent make with light colour i.e., 50% colour.
Bath Tub in one toilet (in Master bedroom).
Provision for geysers in all toilets.
Provision for shower sill with anti skid flooring in all toilets except in master bedroom.
