Edifice Builders is a team of young, vibrant and highly professional engineers, interior designers and management personnel working closely to form a construction organisation that is build on ethics. Ethics that were formed through 100 years of working experience in various fields of business. We are led by our young, energetic and dynamic Managing Director, Mr. Nikhil Thard. Nikhil, himself being an industrial engineer has worked in close quarters in all the projects undertaken by Edifice Builders. Nikhil started his career working at Infosys Technologies, from where he gained the entrepreneurial skills to start a company and lead it in a big way. Nikhil Thard is well supported by Mr. Chandan Agrawal, Director of Edifice Builders.



Chandan is a graduate from Christ College, Bangalore. Before moving into the real estate business, Chandan had established himself in the granite business, at a very young age. His knowledge along with the years of experience will be rewarding for Edifice Builders in the years to come. We have already completed three projects since our foray into the real estate business.
