Black 30mm thick granite cooking platform.
PAINTING:
All door frames and shutters French polished except bath/toilet which would be enamel painted from inside.
Plastic emulsion for all internal walls from Asian paints.
Apex or exterior emulsion paint for the outer surface.
RAILINGS:
MS railings enamel painted for all staircases and balconies.
FLOORING:
Granite/Italian Marble/ flooring for within the flat and all common areas.
