ounded in 1958 by the name of Ashoka Builders, the Group is the brainchild of great visionary Mr. Nawal Kishore Agarwal. He started with some residential and commercial development in Delhi, in areas such as Hauz Khas, Greater Kailash -2 and Bengali Market. He moved to Kolkatta in the year 1972 and undertook few developments in Burra Bazaar area and moved back to delhi in the year 1976 to undertake projects in areas such as Patel Nagar and Civil lines. in 1999, the Group was named as Satya Group and headquartered in Gurgaon.



With four decades of experience, the Group has grown as one of the leading real estate group in India. The group has a strong presence in Delhi-NCR with a number of real estate projects to its credit. Promoters enjoys the distinction of delivering Hotel Galaxy - an award winning five star hotel, spa and designer retail destination. Other milestones in Gurgaon include the Centrum Plaza, a commercial office development and The Legend - a luxury residential housing complex. In Indore, under development is Malwa County, an 110 acre integrated township. Also to its credit is City Centre, a shopping mall in Bathinda. The Hermitage- a residential group housing project and Element One- High street Retail and Serviced apartments are some ongoing projects by the group. With substantial land bank under its belt, the Group aims to launch few more residential and commercial projects in Gurgaon.
