STRUCTURE:

• Teak wood frames with designer flush doors as per the standard designs.

ELECTRICAL:

• Provision for AC points in living / dining and all bedrooms.
• For safety 1 earth leakage circuit breaker (ELCB) for the Row House and miniature circuit breaker (MCB) for each with option of home automation system.

KITCHEN:

• 20 mm thick Black Granite kitchen platform with stainless steel sink.
• provision of plumbing points for sink and electrical points to accommodate modular kitchen.
