As a diversification plan, Sikara Serviced apartments was started initially. There are quite a few major regular Corporate Clients for these serviced apartments in addition to others who travel to Chennai on various purposes. As the company is growing day by day, it was deemed fit, to change the status to 'Limited' company. Accordingly, the name of the company has also been changed to 'SIKARAA HOUSING PRIVATE LIMITED'.

As we have concrete plans to expand our activities, we are looking for owners of prime properties to join hands with us for developing their properties as 'Joint Venture Development' in the southern suburbs of Chennai.

The process of Joint Venture Development is narrated elaborately under the heading 'Joint Ventures'.

Undertaking construction activities on the properties belonging to any individuals/companies/institutions.
Commence a separate wing for maintenance of the properties, as mentioned separately under 'Value Added Services'.
