Structure and Masonary:
R.C.C. Isolated footing with undreamed pile with M25 & M20 mix.
R.C.C. framed structure M25 & M20 concrete for Columns in GF & FF
M20 mix for columns above SF, slab& other works.
M25 mix for Over head tanks with RCC walls.
External and common walls are 9”Bric k work in CM 1:6.
Internal Partition wall, balcony Parapet are 4.5”wide brickwork in CM 1:4
