Structure

Seismic complying RCC framed structure, a solid masonry blocks for the external and internal walls

Doors & Windows

Main door is of teak wood make alongwith the teak wood veneered shutter

All the other doors are made from hard wood with the flush shutters

The doors of the toilet are made from the water proof flush shutter with the PV coat on one side

A good quality hardware has been used for all the doors

Sliding windows are of aluminium make with the glass and the MS Grills and there is a provision for mosquito shutter

Kitchen

The kitchen platform is of black granite type and there is a stainless steel sink with the drain board

Dado of 2? height above kitchen platform covered with the glazed tiles.

Flooring

All rooms have been fitted with the vitrified tiles

Balconies are covered with the rustic tiles

Toilets

7? height dado of digital ceramic glazed tiles in the bathroom.

All the toilets have white sanitary ware

Cold and hot water mixer of Jaguar or equivalent make for the shower in all the toilets

There is a health faucet in all the toilets

Each toilet has master control cock

Electrical

Electrical wires are of fire resistant type and are modular switches of Northwest/ Havells make or equivalent.

There is facility of 3 KW power for each of the unit

There is standby generator for the common areas and a power backup facility of 1 KW for each flat

Painting

Acrylic emulsion paint with roller finish has been used for the interior surface

Exterior surfaces are covered with the water proof cement paint

MS grills are painted with the enamel paint

Teak surfaces are polished with the melamine
