Painting:
1) All interior walls with smooth finish and Acrylic emulsion paint over Birla/JK cement putty
2) All exterior walls with cement based exterior paint of Apex or equivalent

Doors:
Wooden polish for all doors

Electrical:
1) Power plugs in all necessary areas
2) Electrical fittings and fixtures of Havells/ Legrand or equivalent make
3) Provision for electrical chimney in kitchen and exhaust fans in kitchen and bathrooms
4) Provision for split A/C units for all bedrooms, living and hall with 720 wire

Elevator:
