Main Door: Best Teakwood Frame of section size 5”*3”and size of the door as per the architectural plan and shutter of 1 thick with melamine polishing and designer hardware of “Vinay brand”Or Equivalent make in Aluminum SS finish.

Internal Doors & Frames: Indian Medium Teakwood frame of section size 4” X 3” and size of the door as per with skin shutters in pain with hardware of “Vinay brand” Or Equivalent make in Aluminum SS.

Ventilators & Windows: UPVC with mosquito net provision and shutters with glass panels fitted with elegantly designed M.S painted grills and hardware of “Vinay brand” make in Aluminum SS finish.

PAINTING

External: Two coat with exterior paints of “Asian make”.

Internal: With 2 coats of Saitek Luppam& Emulsion Paints in all rooms and only Emulsion paints in toilets & Balconies.
