2bhk flat at Vertex Prime
Q: I am planning to buy 2 bhk flat. Is it worth for 2800/- sqft. because including registration it is costing around 41-42 lacs?? I am confused. Please suggest.

Latest Answer: In general Vertex Solutions are crap and also staff seems to be not customer friendly at all. Vertex never stand on words and quality is very very poor. I heard complaints from my friends, and they own in prime, sadguru krupa etc... I actually planned to buy a flat, but then with reviews, have not chosen Vertex. I am not influencing any one, it is upto, but i suggest to be sure. I also spoke to vertex staff for purchase, they seems to talk nice but at times noticed they through buzz words but are not realistic

Q: Anybody booked a flat in Vertex prime? Pls do let me know about the drinking water availability..... I heard the amenities are similar to Sadguru. Even Sadguru owners/people staying will have a better idea....
