FLOOR FINISH

WALL TILES
The toilet walls have 300mm x 300 mm ceramic tiles up to a height of 7 feet.
KITCHEN
Pre - polished lustrous granite along with the SS Sink is provided in the kitchen.
ELECTRICAL
Three phase electrical supply is routed through extremely safe copper wiring from the main distribution board in each flat. Anchor equivalent mini modular range of switches is provided to ensure safety. PLUMBING & SANITARY

PAINTING
: All the ceilings are painted with cement. The inner walls with wall putty have oil bound dispenser finishing. The external walls have synthetic exterior emulsion paint finishing. All doors are painted with synthetic enamel paint. The entire painting is of high quality and is long lasting in nature.

Major Challenges
Although Kelambakkam is well developed, a few issues need immediate addressing. For instance, the production in the salt pan has come down drastically, thanks to the raw untreated sewage let out into the south Buckingham Canal. Over the last few years, salt production in localities such as Kelambakkam, Thiruvidanthai, Thaiyur, and Kalavakkam has significantly reduced.
Approximately 3,500 acres of land has been leased out by the Central and State governments to salt manufacturers. As the water in the canal is polluted, salt manufacturers have been forced to extract sub-soil brine from the ground. Although the density of brine is much more than seawater, the output is not much. The salt manufacturers have raised a request to the authorities to prevent sewage inflow into the canal, but Public Works Department and Metrowater have turned a deaf ear to their requests. This contaminated water has caused many to get skin ailments.
Factors for Growth in the Future
With the concentration of residential projects by Artha Property, Prabhavathi Builders, Green Home, and JHL Global Pvt Ltd, Kelambakkam will soon brim with real estate activity.
