In the year 1991, Architect established his own Architectural Firm as M/s. Vilas Avachat & Associates. Since then, the firm has offered consultancy in architecture and interior design. Over the years, the firm has gained ground and has established a wide and diverse portfolio, as leading Architects in Commercial, Residential Architecture & Interior projects. And few years back in 2008 the Architectural Firm decided to enter into A to Z services of Construction Industry. The name arose as "VVA VISION REALTORS PVT. LTD."


At Vilas Avachat & Associates, we have successfully completed a number of projects ranging from residential and commercial as well as industrial architecture to interior design. Our emphasis is on Creativity through Quality& Efficiency. Every detail, however trivial is as important to us. Our design articulation and execution have led our esteemed clients to repeatedly approach us for all their projects.

Projects under planning include Educational Institutions - The South Indian Educational Institute Junior & Senior College and The Bal Bhavan at Mumbai. Office buildings BKC-Mumbai, Apartment Hotel at Kalina-Mumbai,Resort at Kumarkum- Kerala.

We are a cohesive team comprising of Architects, Civil Engineers, Field Staff & Expert Consultants. The core team consists of five architects & two civil engineers.
Mr. Vilas Avachat (Architect): Established Vilas Avachat & Associates in 1991. Imm. Past. Chairman Maharashtra Chapter of ‘The Indian Institute Of Architects', currently Jt. Hon. National Secretary of Indian Institute of Architects (IIA). Has worked with renowned architects such as M/s Phiroze Kudianwala Architects & Engineers, From 1980 to 1990 worked in Arabian Gulf at Doha Qatar at managerial level and gained vast experience. In year 2008 founded VVA VISION REALTORS PVT. LTD.

Our team is experienced in providing a wide range of services in architecture, planning, interiors and landscape. We coordinate with Project Management Consultants on time to time basis to ensure timely & correct progress of the project. We work with a panel of consultants to provide specialized services such as Electrical, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Fire Fighting, Plumbing and Structural.

We work with graphic consultants to ensure that the views are rendered with proper finishes and are depicted correct.
