Walls:
Both external and partition wall-brick masonry.

Wall Finishes:
Acrylic emulsion paint in lobby and staircase with Udaipur green and granite tile in lift facade. Plaster of Paris over cement and sand plaster in living/dining/bedrooms/kitchen including toilets. Glazed ceramic tiles in toilet walls till a 7' height from the floor.

Floors:

Main entry through teak wood panel door (35 mm thick) with Godrej Mortise Lock. For bedroom and other rooms including kitchen, there are 35 mm thick flush doors. The toilet has 35 mm thick, PVC variety flush type door. All door frames are sized 100 mm x 65 mm, made of sal wood.

Windows :
Anodized aluminium frame with clear glass panes of minimum 3 mm thickness.

Wash Basin:
White approved make porcelain with CP Pillar cock jaguar variety (single turn) or similar type with hot and cold basin mixer.

WC & Cistern:
White approved make porcelain variety both EPWC/Wall hung type. Commode in cascade or constellation type.

Toilet & Kitchen:
CP Jaguar (single turn) or similar make CP Fittings.

External finish :
Combination of anti-fungal paint (weather coat or equivalent)

Electrical Wiring:
Concealed wiring with copper wire and modular type switches and plugs with adequate provision of 2 & 3 pin plug point in all locations, mainly in bedroom, living, dining and kitchen.

Metering system :
Separate metering system for individual flats with miniature circuit breaker (MCB) for each flat;

Electric Point:
Total number of electric points per unit will be provided as per drawing including kitchen chimney, AquaGuard (water filter), geyser point at toilets and AC points in living/dining as well as bedrooms including fan regulator (Electronic-Modular type.)
