Q: Has anyone booked flat in South city-2 in sector 50, Gurgaon? I want to know details of availability, price, location, etc. Is it a profitable investment?
Loans are available in HDFC and ICICI banks. The completion will be in around 3 years. I guess by that time the price would be at least 40% higher than what is being quoted now..

Hi Sumeet, I'm dealing in property in Gurgaon.. Yes Nirvana country is next to south city 2 and both are interlinked. Since Sohna road infrastructure has improved and lot of offices have either come or coming up. So you can expect a gain in range of 20-25% yearly in this area. Home loan is provided by all leading banks in this area.
South city II is located in Sector 50, close to Golf course extension road as well as Sohna Road, both are important roads of Gurgaon. The region is developing very fast and has excellent connectivity.
Hi Suneet . I'm staying in Mayfield Garden in sec-50. Further got lot of friends in Nirvana country south city-2. Its a livable area and rents are also pretty good.
