Q: I have heard there are almost 70 projects coming up in Noida Extension, but all projects will go through a delay possession... hence how to choose the project for better future return?
Hi, The infrastructure developments are planned for the greater noida West, greater noida areas.. but as sameer said the majority of the people will stay at already functional places. metro work is expectd to be completed by2017 and only after that the connectivity improve will people start using the area...
So its not bad is the project is slightly delayed... the issues are being sorted out and some very shocking developments too have come up like the court stay on the supertech twin towers.
But, overall the area is expectd to grow nicely in the future..
hmm suniya , Noida extension... saab..almost all projects are having delay possession, due to the confused order by authorities. Hence , if you think about delay.. then Noida extension is not your cup of tea.. To invest in Noida , you have to wait till 2017.. They need to clear the area, build roads, and even though possession will be given by few.... people cannot stay there... because rest of the projects will be going on.So... kindly keep the delay factor away...and concentrate on quality and brand. :)
Hi, you can also go though projects like Nirala Aspire,Rudra Palace heights, Amrapali Centurain, Park Terrace Home. This are good projects and will give you good future returns
There are n number of projects that are coming up, you can zero down projects like Gaur. Amerpali, Supertech, RG, Sky garden etc all are on main 130 meter road will good in future . See the connectivity should be the important focus for you to invest in Noida Extension. Hence choose projects that have direct connectivity with Noida and Delhi
hi, Kajal, buy any reputed builder project or else you will get confused and you money will go for stake . Many new builders have low rate properties, but i m not sure if all of them will provide a good quality project. What is your budget and how many BHKS are you looking at?
