Listen it depends on which are you choose, which project you choose. If you choose in Gaur City 1 you will get 2 bhk,,, if in Gaur City 2 , you will get 3 bhk.. hence it depends on the location and the project..

For plots the price will be high within one year or so... and for units it will need around 2 -3 years for further rise.

Hi, the price trend of this area is toward up... Two years back , it was around Rs 2500 per sq ft ft or even less, right now due to the increase in demand , the area is having a price trend of Rs 3200-4500 per sq ft. And within few days it might go up more.

For an investment of 40 Lac give or take please expect a decent 2 BHK flat with 1000 Sq Ft. (i am assuming you will get a rate of 3600 per Sq ft). I have included the 10% registery charges in this, though I am not so sure what are the exact registry rules & taxes to be added.
