Hm,, see . i would not recommended you that, stay here before 2017 or so... just because the whole areaa is coming up with n number of projects and Gaur City1 and 2 are two big townships thats coming up. Hence the construction is going on every where. in this situation, the area will not be safe for staying. If you are planing after 2017 , then i will say yes..Even if the the projects will give possession, the areas infrastructure needs to developed soon.

Hi, Sector 16 C is a upcoming area,where a lot of residential and commercial development happening... for investment i can tell you this is one of the best area, which will give you more than double future returns . Like if you invest now around Rs 40 lac.. after two years or so, it will become Rs 95 lac.

True the land is a disputed land, but slowly all the issues are getting cleared. Developers are investing in the area. May it be new commercial estate or residential.
