As per my knowledge, current resale price of this project around 4800/sq-ft. In my opinion you should hold this project. This project is in good location. This project spreads over 11 acres. 40 acres park lies next to this project. Expected completion of this project is around 2016.

Main thing is it has more open space & this location showed 38% appreciation in last 2 years. So why selling such a project in this posh area !!!!
This project was launched on November 2011. The launching price was around Rs 4,395. Yes it would be good loaction for investment , since the price has increased to Rs 6,395...you will get good returns.

The price per sq ft would be around Rs 6,395. The area is around 3205 sq ft for 3bhk and for 4bhk it would be around 4545 sq ft. I think the bookings have already started.
