What do you think, is the area area good for investment or end use .??? Because every one say that the area is not yet developed .. how about the price difference regarding the rent and buy... is this place good for buying???
Hi Pavan, according to knowledge , Noida Sector is good for investment. All the projects are under construction, hence livability has bit less chance, where as if you invest in now, till the time possession your money will get doubled.
Hi Bhuvan , As per my knowledge, in year 2010 April-June , average residential price was around 1700/sq-ft. This average residential price of this sector is around 4250/sq-ft , in year 2015 January. So yes there has been some improvement in this price trend .

There are chances that the capital value of properties may more than double in a year’s time.
