Q: How is the locality??? how are the safety and employment structure, if i choose this place to stay with my family , will it be a good place to live??
Hi, for now there are no schools and colleges ready. All social infra are planned, like hospitals, schools and colleges and all.The area is yet to get developed. It will take another 3 to 4 years for the area to be developed for people to stay there. There are broken roads and every where projects are coming up. Even if the project gives possession , people cannot stay there because the place is not yet ready. For end use, guys u got to wait for few more years...
Hi, one more suggestion i would like to give is , go for ready to move in will be the best option. keep your money in bank and get some interest. If you block your money in some disputed project it will cost peace of mind and money. If you calculate delay and hassle it will cost more what you think is cheap.
If all the issues are resolved, NE will be a very good location, Just about 7 kms from Noida City centre. and then it will come under GNA. Which is much better then UP authority when it comes to planning.
Hi, Sector 4 Noida extension, was a big question for every one. The issues that this sector has faced are like land litigation, Bank approvals, environment approvals. But at last there are many projects that's coming out successfully in this area. You can also go this area and check out how many new projects are coming up.Secondly i would like to suggest that book flat in Noida extension, but avoid some project which comes under some disputed villages..where SC is still to give the Judgements.
Hi firstly i would like to comment that, for now Noida extension is not goof for investment, every day there a news of land dispute. Save your money for now and invest after a 7 months or so. The projects are gonna face delay and that time it will be beneficial for us to invest in there. Then also, i would like say sectors like 93,94,95 are not safe place to invest.
