Hi, I have booked flat in Amrapali Centurian Park Tech zone IV (low rise). Booking was done in 2010. But on the name of possession builder is lying. Every time I meet them they says in next 6 month you will get it. Last week (10-may-2016), I visited the flat and surprised to see that construction is stopped from last 5-6 months. Only flat skeleton is there. By looking into situation it seems it won't be ready in next 2 years also. I want to file a legal case on builder. If there is any buyers association please link me with them. I am struggling a lot as I am paying rent and EMI both
it was my biggest mistake that i bought flat in your project amrapali centurian park terrace homes ..its been almost 5 years and i still dont know about the possession. people i will suggest everyone keep this builder , company and their agent away from you.they only play with our sentiments.

Yes, sure, the project looks fine to be, late possession is not a deal, just because of the delay fact , we cannot overlook the positive points of the project. On the other hand if we see all the projects in Noida Extension are delayed. About 3 bhk, they have available size of 1250 sq ft and they are quoting Rs 3500 per sq ft. :)
