Did it start?? from where the construction will start???

Hi, the project has started from Mahamaya to Greater Noida side but only for the fastest lane. Work till Sec 100 was done last week. So the work is in full phase... the brokers are yet to figure out the graph of real estate growth...

Whatever i have heard , the project will be designed in a way to tighten security and enhance the aesthetics complete with hi-tech surveillance cameras, police posts and observation towers. Hence the plan for infra structure is good enough . Now we have to see how far it happens :P

Hi, when we talk about real estate investment, the gateways are coming up in cities which are already in demand. Its crossing NH 24 which is a hot cake for investors. When we talk about Greater Noida, we all know, the demand of Greater Noida is huge due to the infrastructure and price. So this new project will not start a new trend but will enhance the real estate market of the given areas.

Guys about location i guess the authority has ci confirmed that, Gateways will be created at three entry points to Greater Noida - at Parkala, NH-24 and Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.

Hi, according to my knowledge, Rs 15 crore has been sanctioned for the project.The authority has fixed the objective to create a gateway that meets protection standards and good designed construction.Hence the budget might raise also.

Hi, yes the news is true ,reater Noida Industrial Development Authority is coming up with three new gateways of the city.it seems this will be a showcase of planned model city,security and well designed entrances/ roads.
