Are the apartments in this project spacious? How much is the current price going on?

The size of the apartment ranges from 860 sqft to 1310 sqft. The approximate price falls in the bracket of Rs 20.25 lakhs to Rs 30.85 lakhs.

Do not invest in Faith Ecospace , the construction is completely stop. Builder Apacchu and his partners Babu Reddy , chandhrashekhar all are fraud
You may go and verify the construction status, project started in 2011

The latest I hear is that Builder and Landowners have split. I do not see any fishy or fraudulent activities...it seems they have parted ways amicably due to some commercial fallout....Good news is the land owners have taken responsibility of completing the project to be handed over by June 2015. The landowners, if my info is correct, are financially & technically strong and I hope this project would see the light of the day. I am optimistic... vijay

Builder and Landowners are fraud, don't go for it, till construction begins. They only provide dates and assurance since Sep. They are asking 5cr from flat owners to start the construction. They don't have money to start the project. Flat owners lost their Faith in 'Faith Ecospace : Pinnacle of trust.... ?'

@Navin, Till date they have completed only one project that is Passiflora. They are offering apartments at a very reasonable price... No idea why the builder is asking for money to start the project.

You can expect good appreciation in the near future and rental demand is also high in this area. Moreover the project is coming up close to the upcoming Infosys Campus, approved Wipro SEZ will be coming reputed schools, colleges and hospitals are there in this locality. Bangalore is one of the fastest growing suburbs of Bangalore.

The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 2355 and the approximate selling price starts from Rs 26 lakhs including everything excluding registrations. They will be giving the possession by end of this year.
